It's a classic jewel breaking game in which we need to explode jewels by joining 3 or more of the same colour. This can be done by shifting a jewel with any of the others that surround it. When we make a group of three jewels dissapear but if we get together groups of 4 or 5 jewels new special jewels will appear. This feature is new in Bejeweled 2 and makes the game much more interesting, and addictive.
Bejeweled 2 also have 4 game modes: Classic, Action, Puzzle and Endless.
In Classic mode we have to explode jewels until we fill up an indicator in the bottom of the screen. ThereĀ“s no time in this mode, but if there's no possible moves we'll lose, so take your time to think your moves!
In Action mode we have to fill up the bottom bar by exploding jewels, but as time goes by this bar decreases, so you'd better be fast!
In Puzzle mode we have to explode all the jewels. This mode is a real challenge in some levels.
Endless mode is just to spend your time exploding jewels in a pleasant way, no time and no need to watch out getting out of possible moves.
There are also some features as screensaver and stats which complete a great game.
